Spectating is an ingame feature, not something provided by the plugin solely. Hence if you install the game (lan or hlds) and put the map in its folder, spectaing should work.
As you see, the maps are totally playable. It is just the spectating that does not work.
@arte_de_la_puerta why woudn't you make a map that's playable without modifying default game files?
When will rush servers update with delta.lst change? In the past there was hkz_bhop where the map goes beyond playable range. delta.lst could be changed without modifying position precision, meaning the gameplay is 100% the same as before.
I am spectating outside playing arte_twist and spectating doesn't work because map is too big. But it works in other servers with the change.
